  • 1 large eggplant (about 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 2 tsps coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsps ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsps asian garlic chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsps sesame seeds

Just ok for me..mushy and I like stir fry eggplant better.
