1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock or Warm Water with Garden Herbs

1 Carrot

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

2 small Potatoes (optional)

1 Shallot

1 Handful of Parsley

Fava Bean Purée

1/2 Lb Burrata

1 Loaf of Bread (it can be salted but don't use multigrain or sourdough)

1/2 Lb Prosciutto di Parma
