3/4 teaspon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

7 cups (1 pound, 13 3/4 ounces) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

3 large eggs

Candied cherries and sliced almonds for garnish, optional
