1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 cup FOR THE OLIVE RELISH -- green olives, pitted and coarsely chopped

2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 x FOR THE HALIBUT -- Lemon, sliced in half
