Ingredients for 4 servings

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups onions , sliced and separated into rings (I used one medium onion)

1 lb pork tenderloin (could use two 1/2 lb. ones)

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 medium garlic cloves , minced (I used one large garlic clove)

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (I crushed them a little)

1/4 teaspoon ground thyme

2 tablespoons olive oil (I used 1 T.)
