6 red potatoes, washed and scrubbed, boiled until barely tender, and cooled

4 green onions, roughly chopped

1/2 Cup coarse grain mustard

1-2 tsp. white/red wine vinegar

1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

4 strips bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled

2 TB. bacon grease

2 tsp. ENGLISH PRIME RIB RUB

1 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
