5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar

1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Frosting

400 g Block Cream Cheese

80 g unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp lemon zest

5 cups sifted icing powder
