• 2 large packages of chocolate chip cookie dough (I like nestle)
• 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 extra large egg, slightly beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp of lemon zest
• 1 juice of lemon juice
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 6 oz of bittersweet chocolate (melted for garnish)
