Ingredients for 3 servings

1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

1 1/2 cups water

3 – 4 cloves of garlic, smashed

1 bag rice flour

1 bunch green onion, sliced

10 inch – 12 chinese black mushrooms (dried shiitake), rehydrated hot water and chopped to the same size as the BBQ pork

1/2 cup peanut oil

1 pound Chinese BBQ pork, chopped

4 pieces Chinese sausage, steamed and chopped to the same size as the BBQ pork

1 large daikon radish, peeled and sliced or chopped (your choice, depends on the preferred texture)
