Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cup mixed berries or fruit of your choice (I used blueberries, strawberries, & cherries)

2 tsp sugar

2 tbsp orange juice

1/4 tsp orange zest

1 tsp Smart Balance butter substitute

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp sliced almonds

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

6 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 cup skim milk (or milk of your choice)

pinch of salt

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
