pinch of Kosher Salt, to taste

4 x extra large eggs

4 slices FOR THE SANDWICH --- Sourdough Bread

1 x Garlic Clove, peeled and sliced in half

3 ounces Gruyere Cheese, grated

4 slices Prosciutto di Parma
