1/4 cup Sucanat (or brown sugar)

1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped

1 apple, peeled and chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup Earth Balance

3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp fresh lemon
