  • 2 cups regular oats
  • 2 tbsp flour (I used spelt)
  • 1 cup blueberries or grapes
  • 1/4 cup Sucanat (or brown sugar)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance
  • 3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon
