This dip is AWESOME. I roasted all of my veggies (tomatillos, onion, jalapenos [I used two] and garlic [added two cloves - awesome]) before blending them and it really added a new depth of flavor. Will definitely make this again.

1 1/4 pound firm tomatillos, husks removed and thoroughly rinsed

1 medium avocado, diced

1 small jalapeƱo, seeded and diced

1/2 red or white onion, diced

1/4 cup minced cilantro

juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

1 ear white corn, optional

cotija or feta cheese for garnish, optional
