8 cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 teaspoon minced garlic

8 Quick Pickled Okra, halved (optional)

1/3 to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 cups liquid from Quick Pickled Okra or apple cider vinegar

Kosher salt

Freshly ground white pepper
