3 cup Milk (I used skim)

1/4 tsp salt

2 cup Rhubarb,thinly sliced

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup strawberries,chopped

1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 x egg

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup millet flour (2.80 oz)

1/4 cup Cornstarch (1.50 oz)

1 tbsp sweet rice flour (0.30 oz)

3/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/3 cup Sugar
