  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped, peeled butternut squash (3/4" chunks)
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (loosely packed)
  • Freshly ground pepper
