Ingredients for 2 servings

2.0 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

3.0 tbsp crème fraîche

2 handfuls of watercress

2 x 200g/8oz sirloin steaks , about the same thickness as your finger

1.0 tbsp green peppercorns , drained and lightly crushed

140 g pack Delamere brie-type goat's cheese , at room temperature

2 medium baking potatoes , total weight about 500g/1lb 2oz, each cut into about 8 wedges
