Wonderful recipe. The outer rolls - in particular the outer layer of the rolls on the outside - do not stay as moist or fluffy as those on the interior, but the flavor is tremendous. I would recommend cutting the amount of powdered sugar called for in the frosting by about 1/4 of a cup. Lastly, I didn't use vanilla ice cream to make the caramel. Substitute with heavy cream and add in a 1/4 tsp of almond extract. Wonderful consistency, taste and sweetness.
