Small head broccoli, head cut into small florets

Handful baby vine or punnet cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

half teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Olive oil for roasting

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
