700 g beef mince

1 x large yellow onion, diced

6 x cloves garlic, minced

1 x large green capsicum, cored and diced

400 g tin peeled whole roma tomatoes

2 tbs tomato paste

2 tbs sugar

400 g red kidney beans, drained

400 g cannellini beans, drained

1 tsp dried chilli flakes

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste
