I served it with onion rings and baked beans. Where I live it is cold and windy and quite frankly a little depressing at the moment. So I tried to serve it up with some of my friends and I's favorite food. It was definitely a hit with very little leftovers.

I used krafts horseradish mustard to try and balance out the flavors while not making it too sweet.

I added about 1/4 cup of mustard and 4 slices of thick cut bacon. It was delicious.

Ingredients for 6 servings

12 whole chicken thighs, Bone-in, Skin-on

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons butter

1 whole Yellow onion, Diced

1-1/2 cup whiskey

12 ounces, fluid barbecue sauce

1 jar peach Preserves

1/2 cup Water

2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce

4 cloves garlic, Peeled

3 whole green onions, Sliced Thin
