This came out out delicious! I added whole button mushrooms at the last two hours. I also seasoned the meat with adobo.

Use really good basalmic vinegar it came out perfect

Maybe cut the vinegar with some honey. I find any balsamic recipe needs some "sweet " to mellow it out

I made this exactly as the recipe intructed and I was extremely disappointed. The balsamic vinegar was way too overpowering. I would not make this again.
