  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsps ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb skinned, boned chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth, undiluted
  • 1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips
  • 1 medium-size sweet yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips
  • 1 large onion, cut in half lengthwise and sliced into strips
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 8 (8 1/2-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
