Ingredients for 4 servings

12 pieces cleaned large shrimp

3 scallions, trimmed and chopped

1 2-inch piece of ginger

1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup peanut oil

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 canned sardines, chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 green chili, seeds and ribs removed

salt

2 pink grapefruit segments

1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts

2 grapefruit, peel and whole pith removed and segments sliced from membranes, juice reserved

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

juice of 2 limes
