Ingredients for 6 servings

225.0g porridge oats , jumbo ones give a good texture

2 x 125.0g punnets raspberries

125.0ml freshly squeezed orange juice

finely grated zest of 1 lemon

3.0 tbsp clear honey

2 red or pink dessert apples

50.0g hazelnuts in their skins, lightly toasted and coarsely chopped

single cream , to serve (optional)

225.0ml natural yogurt , can be low fat
