4 applewood-smoked bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

1 1/2 cups chopped plum tomato

1 cup diced avocado

1/2 cup chopped jicama

1/3 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon olive oil

Remaining ingredients:

6 ounces sturdy tortilla chips (8 cups)

1 1/4 cups (5 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeƱo pepper, thinly sliced
