  • 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsps ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 4 boneless beef rib-eye steaks (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsps lime juice
  • 2 tsps red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 package (10 ozs) mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese (about 4 ozs)
  • 12 frozen onions rings, prepared according to package directions
