  • 1.0 tbsp Jamaican jerk sauce
  • a small bunch coriander
  • 6 skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into chunks
  • 100.0g basmati rice
  • a handful frozen peas , defrosted
  • 2 spring onions , finely chopped
