We carved 5 big pumpkins for Halloween so we had quite a few seeds. I never knew the seeds were SO GOOD! I rinsed them, tossed them in melted butter and seasoned with garlic powder and seasoned salt. Make sure you spread them in a single layer. I baked mine at 300 for 45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. But pay attention. They taste better at a lt golden brown. My first batch was a little darker than the rest and even though it was good...the rest were better.

The seeds of 2 pumpkins

3 tablespoons of melted butter

2 teaspoons of chilli powder

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons of sea salt
