2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic

2 cups cooked edamame (shelled soy beans)

1 tbsp tahini or almond butter

3 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice

4 to 5 tbsp water

1/2 cup (about 3/4 oz) snipped fresh chives or finely sliced scallions (green parts only)

Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
