1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 anchovy fillets (optional)

Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese (can substitute Wisconsin Gorgonzola)
