juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

3 ears FOR THE SALAD --- Corn, in the husk

1 lb Sugar Snap Peas, stem ends and strings removed

4 cup Watercress, washed and trimmed of tough stems

2 tbsp finely chopped chives, plus a little more for garnish
