Salt to taste

8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 cup frozen corn kernels

1 1/2 cups fresh roasted-tomato salsa

1 (8-ounce) bag thick-cut tortilla chips, roughly broken

Optional garnishes: chopped cilantro, lime wedges, avocado slices, sliced jalapeno
