Scant 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

6-3/4 oz. (1-1/2 cups) all-purpose flour

1 cup buttermilk

4 oz. (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 ounces (1/4 cup) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 tsp. salt
