300.0g mixed baby carrots and parsnips, halved lengthways

3 spring onions , sliced

1.0 tbsp sesame seeds

1.0 tbsp vegetable oil or sunflower oil

2.0 tbsp hoisin sauce

small knob of root ginger , peeled and cut into matchsticks
