Ingredients for 4 servings

2 carrots, shredded

1 zucchini, shredded

1 bunch of kale, stems removed and chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup of water

1 cup crumbled feta

1 cup of brown rice, prepared according to packaging (I used chicken broth instead of water.)
