310 g golden syrup

85 g quick-cooking rolled oats

60 g ground almonds

1 large egg

150 ml thick cream

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (or ½ a vanilla bean, scraped)

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

1 tablespoon (7gr) powdered gelatin

3 tablespoons water

4 egg yolks

1/4 cup (50 gr) sugar

1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk

1 cup (250ml) heavy cream, cold
