3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt

5 large eggs

3 cups granulated sugar

1 1/2 cups mild extra-virgin olive oil

Finely grated zest of 3 oranges

1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juiceConfectioners’ sugar, for sprinkling
