Ingredients for 60 servings

110 g ground almonds

225 g icing sugar

4 large free range egg whites

50 g caster sugar

Food colouring of your choice (optional)

Garnish of your choice (optional) (eg: freeze dried raspberries, chopped pistachios, cocoa nibs, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coconut, etc.)

Edible glitter (optional)

150 g unsalted butter, room temperature

75 g icing sugar

40 g white chocolate

10 g wasabi paste (I suggest that you add the wasabi to taste, add half the quantity and increase the amount to your liking)
