1/4 cup Scottish oats (steel cut pulverized in the blender to nearly a flour)

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 banana

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup water

Pinch salt

1/2 cup pumpkin, stirred in at end

Few tbsp wheatberries, stirred in at end

Pinch ground cloves, pinch all spice, sprinkle cinnamon, grate of fresh nutmeg

Fig butter + Barney Butter on top
