Ingredients for 9 servings

1 celery , diced

5-6 chicken breasts , baked and skinned then chopped

2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup (I use the Healthy Request reduced sodium ones)

1 cup milk

12-36 white corn tortillas (12inch )

1 cup mushroom , grated

16 ounces sour cream

1 medium onion , finely chopped

1/2 lb white cheese, shredded

1 (7 ounce) can green chilies , mild, chopped
