  • 1/2 cup whole nuts - almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc.
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, coarsely chopped - cranberries, cherries, figs, etc.
  • 1 cup high-fiber cereal (like Kashi GoLean)
  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsps wheat bran
  • pinch of salt
