1 tablespoon sugar

1 large egg, at room temperature

1 large egg yolk, at room temperature

Pinch fine sea salt

1/2 packed cup chopped fresh basil

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, for serving

Serving suggestion: assorted crackers
