  • 2 1/2 Tbsps cornstarch
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/2 Tbsp Thai seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp ceylon curry powder
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
  • 6 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • flaked coconut
