I have instructions: In a small bowl stir together all ingredients except the ribs. Rub spice mixture all over the ribs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours. Preheat over to 300 F. Spread the ribs out evenly on a wire rack placed on top of a foil lined baking sheet. Pour the White Vinegar into the bottom of the baking sheet so it will steam and infuse the ribs while cooking. Bake until tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, about 2-21/2 hours, turning occasionally until meat is tender and crisp on the outside. The only thing it does not say is if you should cover the ribs while they cook. I can't remember what it showed on the video. I think I did cover them but just not sure. It would seem if the ribs need to "steam" covering would be desirable. Hope this helps.

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons dried oregano
