  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 large green pepper , cut into sticks
  • 1 medium yellow onion , cut into half rings
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small rutabaga, cut into desired chunks
  • 1 medium zucchini , cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
  • 3 cups mushrooms , sliced
  • 2 large carrots , cut into large chunks
