1/2 tbsp black pepper powder

1 green chili crushed or 1 tsp red chili powder

2 cloves garlic, chopped or garlic powder

1 tbsp crushed ginger

4 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

1 pkg wooden skewers
