4 four-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to uniform thickness

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into thin strips

1 small green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into thin strips

2 teaspoons finely minced garlic

1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 ounce crumbled feta cheese

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 onion, halved and thinly sliced

2 large zucchini, ends trimmed

1/2 teaspoon dried basil or oregano
