1 English cucumber, peeled and cut into scant 1/2-inch chunks

1 bunch radishes, trimmed and quartered

1/2 small red onion, cut into medium dice

1/4 teaspoon (generous) salt

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon (generous) olive oil

1 small heart of romaine, cut into small bite-size pieces

3 tablespoons Coriander-Mint Chutney (see recipe)

2 tandoori-style chicken breasts (from Master Recipe), boned and thinly sliced

2 tandoori-style chicken thighs or drumsticks (from Master Recipe), boned and diced

Afghani bread or pita bread triangles, warmed
