2 (225 g) boxes macaroni (with White Cheddar Sauce.)

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 cup 2% low-fat milk (or more if needed to get it "soupy)

680 g frozen shrimp (Cooked Jumbo )

50 g cheddar cheese (OLD White, Size of 2 big fingers)

1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

500 g low fat cottage cheese (1% mf)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
